Our third installation of Pinchy's is our most bold effort yet! With 200+ seats inside and out, the seafood party is growing and we're bringing all of the New England favorites, craft cocktails, sushi, raw oysters, live music, alfresco dining and the biggest vibe in Bount County! Opening September 2026!

Coming Home!

Home to the "Head Lobster in Chief", Maryville is a coming home of sorts and with that comes a certain sense of expectation to put out our best, most over the top experience yet! We're setting up shop next to our sister restaurant, The Walnut Kitchen and adding a 8,000 square foot outdoor space between them! We're bringing the Surf to their Turf and we can't wait to lay down some amazing events with The Walnut Kitchen and Launch Hospitality! In the meantime check out the Walnut Kitchen here.

Our menu is rooted in New England with offerings from around the world sprinkled in. Pinchy's Maryville's menu is captained by Chef Rick Kyker and closely resembles our installatons in Sevierville and Boerne TX. Our menu is 100% chef driven, utilizing only the freshest seafood selections available on the market. All of our sauces, soups and desserts are made in house. Our raw bar features fresh cold water oysters brought in daily from the Chesapeake Bay and North. Our crab legs are true Alaskan 10 up legs, sourced from our crabbing partners in Alaska. We source only humanely harvested fish & seafood.

Event Schedule

Live music every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday on our outdoor stage as the weather permits. Join us in the alley for exhibition cooking, chat up chef, enjoy a beverage and take in all of the culinary action!
