A Taste of New England
Opening in February 2025, Pinchy's Lobster in Raw Bar has quickly become a Hill Country favorite. A beautful outdoor, park like setting sets the table for a taste of New England with those Hill Country vibes along Cibolo Creek. Live music is available every weekend, free of charge on Fridays and Saturday. Yard games are available for the kids on the lawn. Pictured: Hand breaded Shrimp.
We're conveniently located off I10 in the heart of Boerne Texas. We have ample parking along River Rd and an attached parking lot for parking convenience. Our private dining room is available for rental and can accommodate up to 25 people. Walk-ins are always welcome with reservations encouraged on weekends. Well behaved dogs on a leash are welcome on our outdoor porch and on the lawn.

Born in New England, our menu makes no attempt to be anything different than a classic New Engand seafood shack that you'd find in your travels through Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachussets and New York.
